Your Responsibility:

It is your responsibility to ensure anyone who accesses our website on your device or internet connection is aware of and complies with our Terms of Use.

Terms for Purchase Process:

  • Purchasing from us binds you to these terms.
  • We must see original documentation to comply with DVLA regulations before we manufacture plates.
  • Orders before 3pm on working days are dispatched same day. Weekend orders go next working day.
  • Free 1st class UK delivery. We are not responsible for delays by Royal Mail.
  • We only deliver within the UK and issue tracking numbers.

Damaged Goods / Refund Policy:

30-day Money Back Guarantee on products (not private plates). Photos required for damage claims. Refunds not available for customised legal plates unless manufacturing faults exist.

Our Guarantee:

  • Goods must be of satisfactory quality and match description.
  • Fit for intended purpose agreed in the contract.
  • We will act reasonably if issues arise out of anyone’s control.

ID Requirements:

One document from each category is required as per DVLA:

  • Proof of entitlement: V5C, V750, V778, V948, V11, lease letter etc.
  • Proof of identity: Driving licence, passport, utility bill, council tax, etc.

Legal Plates:

  • Plates must be reflective, white front/yellow rear, legally spaced with BS markings.
  • No misrepresentation of characters via screws or spacing is allowed.
  • Plates must conform to British Standards. Fines apply if violated.

What We Sell:

We sell personalised plates, private registrations, accessories and offer free valuations (with proof of ownership).
